Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Tennis & Wellness website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The club & participation

Invitation & application

The Sunday Club is private and grows by application and personal invitation.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place; spots are limited and curated.
Retreat places are confirmed by enquiry and arrangement with our team.

Conduct

Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully towards one another, our coaches, and any venue we use. We reserve the right to decline or end participation where behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

Liability & insurance

Limitation of liability

Tennis & Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Travel insurance

For retreats, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

Activities & sport

Participation in tennis, wellness, and other physical activities is at your own risk. Members and guests take part voluntarily and assume all associated risks.
